Common knowledge doesn't cut it because you or anyone else can throw a random number in the mix to suit the narrative, as an example FFX moisture is 12 - 15%, your suggesting that common knowledge it should be lower than 10% - FFX report moisture as 9%, you could then suggest common knowledge 7% is the target.

Can you provide your reference source for the "industry benchmarks" for moisture?

Also bear in mind that the companies contributing to the FFX DFS haven't high lighted in their summary that the moisture content could be an issue? Page 9 suggests that process optimisation opportunities include a further reduction of the moisture content in the final product ....... go figure!
