You make a good point (see quote below ) on moisture 12-15% not as about stacking and transport so much but about controlling health risks in handling.

Because what is it about 12-15% moisture that makes it suitable for transport and stacking?...is all the fines in the range of 100-150 micron?

It’s all about dust control, and that government report, just below, spells it out on moisture and dust management, which for FFX is likely to be no small matter

FFX have a lot more work to do on proving you SC fines just on this alone , logistically....

“You are simply wrong on 12-15% as acceptable, this is well and truly over the range acceptable. Moisture needs to be over 3.4%, the company never mentions that, is that because they didn’t do enough research on it? Pilbara minerals, contracted Specialists on the flow properties of flotation SC and HMS SC. So my guesswork here is, FFX need high moisture because SC fines is extremely dangerous to human health.....

Has the company made any mention in the DFS of avoiding to low a moisture? Doesn’t matter in Goulamina? If it does I have not seen any mention of managing SC fines if it dries out, —this to me like watering a pot plant suggests the moisture is high to keep it from drying out, all that moisture obeys gravity eventually and then it becomes a health risk, no small issue. I tried to tell Ubu. PLS mentions moisture 64 times here, and it’s going to be a big issue for FFX out in the Sahel, https://www.der.wa.gov.au/images/documents/our-work/licences-and-works-approvals/Applications/Attachment_3A2_-_Pilbara_Minerals__proposal_for_spodumene_concentrate_export_A1570258.pdf

what I’m saying here is there’s reason Talison has chosen the path of least resistance whilst making and maintaining Spec....”
