I'm a geologist who spent the majority of my technical and policy career working in environmental hydrogeology (12years). I then moved into Database management and then systems analysis.
The management of the evaporation ponds is not an issue for me, nor is what happens to the brine they currently hold.
There are many things that can be done with the evaporated product. Reinjection of brine is possible and remains an alternative. I posted that is what I would choose if they were to stop production for an extended period.
JP has the reigns of the company, if you want to change this then you need to do what you need to do to do this.
