the real value begins after stage one. in addition to the stage one funding and the 100m you have called up, a jv partner would either have to pay the rest from advance payments or out of their own pocket to build stage two. in my opinion, gln only took this small approach because they were previously aware that in a highly inflationary country and in a volatile/speculative market no one would finance 400m+ for a niche product like chloride. hence the staged approach with early cash flow. my opinion.
