We know a couple of things, like on a normal day LKE trading volume is in the vicinity of 10 million. We know that when people short a stock, the share price goes down and the volume goes up. If we speculate that when shorts close their position, the price will rise. If we subtract the number of shares sold on the up days from the volume sold on the down days, we can make a rough estimate of how many short positions are still open. The large volume and share decline started on the 17th and the price only rose on the 24th. Volumes varied between 21 and 106 million.

Maybe, if so many shares are still to be covered and with Stu "threatening" to take them on with some "very oimportant" announcements, that "panic" just might be generated by the shorters??? VERY much hope so and SOON. Come on Stu!!
