Yep - would agree with your summation. The latest mgt report was still very light weight detail wise and it is very hard to ascertain what the real strategy of the business is in as the business has changed direction and pivoted more than once since it surfacing on the market.
The thing that will kill any business (regardess of industry or market) is a lack of a cohesive business plan that is tracked and measured and a management team that is not 100% laser focussed on delivering to these base KPI's.
The jury is still very much out as to whether the new executive meet these critieria - the SP to date does not reflect this. IMO MTC must deliver some solid results from their current round of drilling as without this they will stand no chance of completing further required CR's at a reasonable price point and will be raising at a price close to giving the company away.
