Incredible!!The west *knows* that they have been asleep.
They *know* that China has access to more resources (battery materials, rare earth's etc).
They *know* that this imbalance needs to be sorted, and quickly.They *know* they are very likely to be held to ransom.
But all they do is wring their hands and talk about it
