IMO, yes.
On valuation you might have a look at the ASX300 resource index which trades on a 12+ multiple however a large skew in that are your top 10 contributors to the index like BHP, RIO, South, Woodside ect. Given the cyclical nature of resources, transactions tend to occur on much lesser multiples. Try and find any recent transactions in resources that occurred on a 12.5 x multiple. RIO have just sold their Kestrel coal mine in QLD to EMR Capital for $2.25b on an EBITDA of $341m or about a 6.5 x multiple.
