Oh great. It's still got an ICE, gear box, radiator,filters,pumps,sensors, and all the bullshiite that goes with it. You know, being bent over by your mechanic, dealer and whoever because of the thousands of moving parts waiting to wear out or break.
Its' the simplicity of the electric motor and lack of costly routine and messy expensive maintainence that is a fantastic attraction. You can fuel up at home or work and not be shafted at the weekend by "service" stations that "collude" to raise the price to lighten your wallet.
Its a bit like Nokia trying to hang on when the I phone came out by making a thinner flip phone.
