On the rising oil price scenario, Suadies floating their oil business on global exchanges late this year/early 2019, thus curtailing production to push price to $80 pb, thus vested interest I suspect.
If oil gets too high, creates cost inflation on everything, potentailly leading to higher interest rates, which is not good for global markets, given the mountains of debt out there.
