I've got google alerts on every lithium mining company on earth plus all I do everyday is research Lithium investing. Worth checking out and following.
MTH has lithium in their sights. MTH is really on my radar as a speculative stock to hold in hope of an eventual move over to focusing on Lithium. In recent announcements about their Leaky Bore Project they have "identified multiple occurrences of outcropping pegmatite within the northern half of the project area which are considered prospective for lithium mineralisation."
As I see it, they own it, they have the resources and experience to utilize it, the market and demand are right and I'm sure that any of the other lithium focused mining companies in Australia would love to get their hands on whats available. If the exploration proves that there is a viable amount of lithium deposits, then MTH has a gold mine on their hands (figuratively speaking of course).
Small cap, super speculative, a nice "just in case" stock to hold on to. Nothing right now to indicate that anything major is in the works. Even at this low price, the stock has remained relatively stable for the past year. It won't take much however to double or even triple the company value with a lithium agreement or JV somewhere along the line.
