Without I/O contracts, and in current declining market, as good as zilch...
Would have to look at my I/O calculations again, what cash they have left after debt and if it is enough to get their i?o production up to scratch...
Next piece of the puzzle is still whether the steel makers are to enter into new contracts for supply when demand is falling...
disappointing...
