Possible announcements that would highlight the value in the rights issue could be:-
1. An outline plan to develop the huge Lithium resource on the Co's Namibian lease.
2.Mining Licence imminent from Tanzanian gov. for Graphite.
3. Update on Chinese co-operation re Graphite processing equipment.
4. Update on Chinese Funding intentions.
5.Any MoU's, LoI's or Offtake agreements.
6. On site reports from their man in Africa.
No announcement in days before 20th Dec is not a sensible option.
Current SP of 13c does not reflect the value in a cashed up company to be.
