A very promising announcement, its almost reached the stage with Australian junior miners that great news comes out and stocks get bought up in the morning then traders sell it off in the afternoon. I hate the term but pump and dump could not be a more relative trading term these days. Its a sad reality where plenty of novice investors get caught up in the excitement of a rising stock and buy at the top of the swing. These mum and dad investors put ridiculously tight stop losses because they think this is the safest thing to do and all of a sudden they have lost 10% of their investment and they are left feeling jaded about the stock. Reality is its not the stock, its you know who. As eluded to in an earlier post this is the stock market. Put this stock away in the bottom drawer and pull it out in June and be excited to be paying CGT.
