your right on the money here mate. manono is the worlds biggest lithium deposit. its grade is also best in world. it will be mined but not by AVZ. china wants it no doubt. will they get it, maybe. who else wants i. probably glencore who are all over DRC with mining and would be able to mine the deposit. Li2O demand will grow exponentially from 2020 onwards. AVZ going from 60 to 65% ownership is a massive sign someone is sniffing around and AVZ want to shore up as much ownership as they can before someone lobes a hostile bid. as you said 8horse china will ban ICE's and go all electric by 2030/40. a bidding war is about to erupt for Manono that is certain. what price would it take to get 100% ownership of Manono and full control to mine it. IMO we will find out this year.
