Yes, but on the same page of the ORE presentation (page 4) it says:
"Target to increase the proportion of purified production" and "Quality - brine and process stability is improving. Long term contracts signed for supply of battery grade lithium carbonate following qualification process".
...so the questions are what proportion of primary, technical and battery grades do they produce now and what proportions will they produce in the future? I suspect we don't yet know the answers to those questions.
