Loop, one thing that move sp is having projects completed when it was said to be completed. If they said a project is be completed by December 2017, but there is no news up to now, it looks bad from shareholders perspective and sp slides. Common sense really. Divi makes sense if the company is having regular income and wish to keep shareholders close by and appreciate them. Divi doesn't make sense if the company doesn't have regular income yet. It actually means "I don't know what to do with this money, I can't grow it more than the bank interest, thus I am giving it back to you shareholders". All IMO.
