NMT has given a loan of about 8mil which from my understanding they are expecting to be repaid by end of this FY. After that they expect payments to start coming in quarterly.
Based on my numbers, let say they are generating $14mil in their share annually, the value of this asset alone is over $140mil. With their cash on hand of nearly $40 mil, and additional receivables, it makes our current MC of $180 mil undervalued, and no growth has even been factored in.
I think once income starts to flow from Mt marion, then well start seeing some serious interest in this stock. A profitable lithium explorer with other growth avenues.
