Lpi sp still being controlled by bank of America and they they currently holding more than 9M shares whilst borrowed 8m.
PLL has bank of new york as a major holder.
i think US banks are looking to fund more renewal projects soon.

we need a a new wave of investors to buy in around 3M shares ($360k). This will push our sp back to 40c. 3M shares is little money for big investors.
i just cant believe around 1M ($150k) shares able to push lpi marketcap down $20M or more. It just crazy that we know your share price being controlled.
