    What amazing news for MIN holders. Those die hard owners were getting pounded by the constant onslaught of shorters, in a market that keeps hitting all time lows, and they were expecting news of this deal for months …  And it dropped today at $1.5 + billion valuation .. I can only imagine the emotions going through them long time believers right now..
