I'll add that the FID isn't going to happen until after v2.2 BFS completed (as made abundantly clear in the recent quarterly), but the release of the v1.1 BFS should at least satisfy the min. investment mandates of various potential instos.
Depending on which insto investors are attracted at the 1.1 BFS stage may (or not) light a fuse re- ST sentiment. The 'real' rerate is unlikely until FID ultimately occurs.
