KDR must be hesitant to give up to $50m over 3years to a company run by The Three Stooges with a Bruker. There may be other options. By now, preliminary planning work for JL must have started by KDR/POS and we are just waiting on a few KDR ann's to finalise the deal. All options are still on the table IMO. Need TB to make a full options list.
