    When we are 10x this I'll be a little happier with how we sit in this market. Optimistic yes, but these are the times you strike while the iron is hot!

    There is some serious rubbish go absolutely crazy this cycle, yet we genuinely have some amazing ground with neighbours showing good markers we are on there money.
