I am quite convinced that PLS's Share Price is being manipulated by high frequency traders using algorithmic programs.
These traders have their computers located inside the ASX building for a fee. I believe they are creating an artificial price and are under instructions too do so.
I will be writing to ASiC today as I believe these traders are in breach of the Corporations Act 1041A
