Thanks for sharing. You wouldn't need one replacement battery per car though. Instead there might be something like 10-20% additional battery packs that the swapping stations would cycle through. Consumers would be able to go to any station and swap out their battery pack which is then recharged and available for another customer some time later.
The more significant impact would be on EV adoption by tackling range anxiety and potentially lower upfront price as batteries could be leased or purchased separately.
