No calcs, just logical reasoning makes me think the 10-20% range is more realistic than 100%.

Only a certain percentage of cars will need to swap batteries on a daily basis depending on frequency of usage and distance per day. Additionally, there will still be home, office and street charging infrastructure.

For the % of battery packs that do get swapped on a given day, I’d expect the stations to have onsite, high-end charging infrastructure which allows full recharge within a matter of hours or quicker (including idle time etc as actual charge time shouldn’t be that long).
