Suggested Simon this morning that they should make a brave call (if needed) such as decoupling with CATL if offtake doesn't arrive.
With 4Mt plus (likely) 15 from other prospects, LPM can easily attract M&A locally from big fishes.
$50m buyout/takeover (to me) is quite achievable, reasonable $ for both LPM and the buyers.
