Delusions of grandeur Fingers.
Agree with you @Robleeway . LT lithium carbonate price is circa $8k/t. If it were $20k, every man and his spodumene dog would be digging it up out of the ground. This would cause a price correction. $20k/t is spot price and is not a true reflection of LT contract prices. But somehow I think you know this already
Mining in 2018 (max of 18months away) is ludicrous given that:
1. have not completed a DFS (8m)
2. have not decided a process (?)
3. have not got environmental approval (1y)
4. have not raised funds (3m)
5. have not put forward a plan to build (1y)
40,000tpa. really? this would be ~20% of world production. a great target but not without its pitfalls. one of which is the price impact of releasing such a large proportion of world production.
I think the cost of production will be $1500-3500, but this depends on what process is chosen (hydro or roast respectively). when will we hear a decision?
I think EMH has great potential, but the speed of which it moves is snails pace.
