It is irrelevant how many actual dollars he puts on ORE. It’s all about %. If he can turn 10k into 50k or 1mill into 5mill he has still made the same %. Everybody’s financial situation is different. If you can make 500% return in 5 years, that is fantastic. Even if its 1k turned into 5k. Making that sort of % is an achievement for all investors, large and small.

and if you did turn that 100k in 500k well guess what? You may not be able to buy that house close to the CBD, but you sure wouldn’t of made 500% in 5 years had you of bought a property ANYWHERE for that matter.
