As always with legal agreements the devils in the detail I’m not convinced Gangfen would allow an open right for MIN and NMT to buy up to 51% after 2020 but perhaps they did and it’s not a condition precedent but if that’s the case why even mention “greater commercial benefit” it’s that wording that makes me think it’s not an open right, Also we don’t know if these rights are transferable on sale which would make it more attractive to Gangfen to buy them out.

Hi Loop my understanding of the offtake is between NMT and NIN if NMT sells it stake the offtake reverts to MIN and vice versa but I don't know what happens if both sell.
