Gangfen share price near doubled from memory when the bought into Mount Marion and now it’s producing there must be some merit in them having a look although today’s purchase price will reflect where we are now so based upon a miltipyer of what they are payiing RIM per year once the new plant is operational.
My rough estimate is around $110 to $120m per year based upon NMT expected $30m for 14% stake come 2019 onwards, 10 x income means around $120billion bid is required and Gangfen off to try raise 1.2 to 1.5 billion.
May not be MIN and NMT they go for but we should find out this year, GLAH, Loop.

Hi Loop my understanding of the offtake is between NMT and NIN if NMT sells it stake the offtake reverts to MIN and vice versa but I don't know what happens if both sell.
