I researched VUL a bit, watched a few videos - the CEO was asked about opex costs - 1st occassion "I can't comment, wait until PFS", 2nd occassion "wait until end of 2019", 3rd occassion "We don't know exact opex per LCE yet".
Not trying to be negative but this is a red flag for me.
