Explains Damelians dumping of options and aquisitions of FPO's. Its criminal!! Had shareholders known, they would have done the same. At least my questions answered now! Couldn't work out why he was doing it! Just another few million shares of dilution. What a joke!
We wish to advise that the Company intends to offer to shareholders a 1 - 3 issue of fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 2c each. Attached to each share applied for will be an option to acquire a fully paid ordinary share at a price of 10c, expiring 31 December 2004. The issue will raise approximately $5.7 million.
