The Serbian leader was in Russia recently meeting for talks with Putin.
How does this still play out for Rio, even despite the pro-mining goverment likely being returned to power? Does Serbia's support of Russia complicate things for Rio?
There might be a lot of cheap oil and gas coming to Serbia soon.
