    hi @vmp, with Rio having 1200 people investigating lithium resources worldwide you have to wonder why they wouldn't just swallow one big fish (LTR) rather than little ponds of lithium of dubious quality in uncertain jurisdictions. Surely the smart move for Rio would be to buy big in WA. The reason I speculate that Rio is not doing this is that they have indeed already approached LTR for a friendly buy out and have been told they are dreaming and to go away, unless of course their offer is vastly increased which Rio may have baulked at. A huge increase in KV resource may just push RIO and others to pay the bigger bucks you speculate on. The fact that Rio has 1200 people on this says to me that the right resources are much harder to find than they and others thought would be the case several years ago. All good for LTR though either way.
