Collie would be a better location. With the planned closure of the power stations, LTR could utilize the coal fired power station employees. There are literally hundreds of mechanical, engineering and electrical workers who are in a transition phase away from coal as a base load right now. Surely it's a no brainer to transition to a green battery future.
Btw, there is also a 642 million dollar govt fund to attract new industry to Collie also. Give LTR half
