I have gone through the spreadsheet and I notice that in a number of places the $ figures are called $'000 when I'm sure you really mean $'m....I think it is because k'tons are used in the output but not carried into the value lines. I will look like a fool if I am wrong, but hopefully you can check again. Well done in every other respect.
