True but I think design is partly dictated by the project owner, his finances and expertise or lack thereof and it seems there have been some deficiencies. It’s entirely different to recalibrate a plant vs re-build or replace some parts or process that are not optimised. That’s exactly what Mr Chadwick was stressing to the Ltr management. So what Ltr said, was “we hear you, and we’d like you to join our board”
