I think it's obvious, initial discussions with Tesla were February(ish) and included a price floor and ceiling. No Board (that wanted to remain) would accept other than a price formula referencing spot pricing (or very similiar) in the current environment of rising spod prices.Think would be anybody's stance in negotiations for offtakes, maybe exception if need big debt to build mine (as usually the bank wants the floor to guarantee loan repayments). If miner needs/ wants floor price, then customer wants ceiling.
