Wonder if the reason we have not seen another increased offer from ALB, is they are aware of the futility of under valuing and don't want to insult further, so may be intensely negotiating a JV, hoping to secure the fourth OT supply now and take over the whole show when the existing contracts expire?
If you can't buy them, join them.
