I feel for the plight of Collie. I want to be able to help you but there is nobody better to bring the matter to the attention of Tim and Tony than yourself in my opinion. You have some very valid arguments.
If you put together your email and send it to the general contact email on the company's website and address it to Tim and Tony, they will receive it and I am confident you will get a courteous reply.
