Partial Screen shot of my Comsec Margin portfolio showing LVR 25 % . This was originally 40 % LVR but since the LVR has been reduced to 0% later purchases with 0%LVR have reduced the net LVR to 25%.
Comsec reply to my offical complaint - the LVR reduction from 40% to 0% happened after the ALB offer was made public and subsequent major share price increase. They wouldn't give me specific reasons to jusify their decision except to say they can change LVR as they see fit. I think thats totally unacaptable, and if I was paranoid I would think they are working with GS and the shorters to keep the price down.
