heard on AM radio, this morning, BHP, pushing for baseload nuclear power, theres a new concept, that you can use small mobile reactors the size of a truck to park on closing coal generators sites and harness their existising electricity transmission Infrastructure to powe large Cities.
A Rep from The Australian Minerals Council talked about this & She knew here facts, figures and Sh^$
Obviously BHP
have a vested interest supplying 70% of the world's uranium from Olympic Dam, carting truckloads weekly to Port Adelaide for shipping,
the question DOES need to B asked,
Y are we not doing this, ship all our LNG..etc off shore and pay 25% more for our power bill thats Hurting people,
even up Port Pirie, to get a Hydogen up to Name Plate Capacity will need humongous Power.
