My wife’s take is that the BOD knew for a long time that Gina was snooping around and by accepting the offer from ALB (which was surprising to us all) they flushed her out. Not accepting the offer of $3 she would then have driven the price down with her shorters and then buy her way in at the low $2s. We would be much lower priced today.
