Sorry typo , 2 Billion yearly income , so your 50 million interest and the whole principal will be paid back in around 4 months of production ! Give or take , depending on opex and Lit prices , the lifetime of the mine and the income from it make 500 million initial extra cost not that critical , in my opinion .
