There is nobody else interested in LTR now. Takeover premium gone and people should move on. Albemarle boss, Kent Masters, has stated publicly they aren't interested anymore. MinRes don't need to get involved here. Gina's blocking stake has done it's job. Whereas, her holding at Azure may not be enough and SQM could still gain control due to the nature of their bid being different to ours. With MinRes buying though, they are quickly losing out imo.
I think people here should get back to focusing on the business and future prospects of LTR, based on our likely earnings once in production. If we execute the project well, the price should take care of itself. So what if Gina has taken a strategic stake in the company and left her options open. Nothing else has changed here, except 10% dilution. BoD still heavily aligned with us here. If you like lithium, I think we are good value atm.
