I have signed a few petitions to stop this in Australia.
Market supply and demand should make the prices through a natural market. Once shorting by large institutions to create fear and further falls I just cant understand. Mums and dads get screwed time and time again by large institutions that short sell. How did LTR go from $3 to $1.60 so quick. yes it was destined to reduce after the offer was blocked but that quick ? Gina lends her shares.....makes money and the shorts do also. Im agine if it was outlawed here what stocks would zoom to where they should be of all the shorts closing positions.
