"China own the industry" But they don't own the rock! Bit hard to control an industry when you don't have have the key ingredient. You can play with destocking short term but what happens when stock runs out? We saw what happens last year. If China owned up stream then yeah maybe but this isn't the case is it. With more and more conversion capacity being developed outside China it will make them a bit nervous I think because they will be competing for the key ingredient that they don't have control over which means no control of the price.
