personally, i think she will struggle to get anywhere near 50%.. The company is now two far advanced towards production, and when she does make a bid, then she shows her hand for counter bidders.., too low, and other investors have the option of coming over the top of her, and a bidding war ensues of which she will not want...

besides..Tim and crew and hardened on shareholders could make it very difficult for her, im sure she is aware of that...as i previously stated ..she would be far better working with us than against us ...the balls in her court..

Once LTR ties up the funding, it starts to get very expensive for her ...once commissioning is completed, more expensive, and then production is out of the ballpark expensive...IMO .
