We could wake up tomorrow morning and read an announcement that Tim has resigned as chairman. He has thrown his lot in with Gina and joined a JV. Tim and Gina have 34%. The JV with probably SQM and offering $3.25 or whatever figure you can think off. 51% would be achieved quickly. Maybe a bit higher to mop up the rest. Would create headlines.
